ROBBINS TAYLOR President, Chief Executive Officer Robbins Taylor founded W. R. Taylor & Company in 1999 after serving as Vice President of the agri-business and middle market finance group of Morgan Keegan & Company for six years. Before that, he spent more than ten years as President of a regional construction company headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama.As an investment banker for Morgan Keegan, Robbins originated the first tax-exempt solid waste disposal revenue bond financing for an agricultural cooperative which led to a nationwide practice with agri-business and middle market clients.In 2006, the Wealth Management group of W. R. Taylor & Company was founded under Robbins’ guidance in order to establish a wealth management practice using the hands-on client focus that has been so instrumental to the success of the Investment Banking group. |

JASON GRUBBS Managing Director, Investment Banking Jason Grubbs has worked in the financial sector since 1995. Prior to joining W.R. Taylor & Company upon its inception in 1999, he was a member of an investment banking group providing tax-exempt and taxable bond financing services to corporate clientele throughout the United States. His previous experiences also include serving in a number of capacities with a regional financial institution targeting investment and corporate accounts in the southeast.Jason is responsible for management of the firm’s corporate finance practice and development of new relationships on a national basis. |

BELLE WALKER Senior Vice President Belle Walker joined W.R. Taylor & Company at its inception in 1999. She has nearly three decades of experience in the financial sector, including stints with a regional investment banking firm, a major national shopping center developer and a division of Morgan Keegan & Company.Belle is well versed in all aspects of the securities business, public and corporate finance, securities sales, and operations. She also is the firm’s chief compliance officer. |
